My stay at Villa Aurora left me feeling torn between the enchanting historical charm and the prudence of value for money. Nestled in a quieter part of town, the hotel exudes a cozy ambiance, with friendly, English-speaking staff always ready to assist. The spacious room with twin balconies offered picturesque views, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night after my mountain hikes. However, while the breakfast buffet was satisfactory, the absence of a dinner option on-site was a drawback. The proximity to the town center was convenient, though not ideal for those seeking a tranquil retreat.Although the free parking was a perk, the lack of additional services like airport shuttles or ski equipment hire might deter some guests seeking a more comprehensive experience. The standard amenities provided, such as free Wi-Fi and in-room toiletries, met expectations but did not go above and beyond. In essence, Villa Aurora strikes a balance between comfort and cost, making it a suitable choice for those prioritizing simplicity over lavishness.
